'Learning is an inseparable part of an individual’s growth as a human being and the building of a decent life in the community. Language, physical elements, and the use of different senses are essential for thinking and learning. While acquiring new knowledge and skills, students learn to reflect on their learning, experiences, and emotions. Positive emotional experiences, the joy of learning, and creative activities promote learning and inspire students to develop their competences.'Qatar-Finland International School Curriculum
My favourite subjects are English and History, because the teacher makes everyone feel involved. I really like how teachers mix different subjects together, so we can see the bigger picture.EmilioGrade 8 student
We have a great team here at Q.F.I. School. The work is rewarding, and creativity is valued. Because we have a great deal of expertise inside our working community, we all share practical tips for creating the best foundation for each student.LindaClass teacher, Grade 0
What makes us happy as parents is that our children are excited to go to school every morning, and bursting with energy when they get home! We trust the teaching staff and have seen their expertise again and again. Everyone at the school is so easy to approach, and we feel the school is a good match for our values.ElisaParent of 2 students
I am on the Student Council. People bring ideas to the School Council, and sometimes they come true! We now have a reading corner in the corridor, because people wanted a place to sit and read. I love Maths and Art. At break, I play hide 'n' seek, board games, tennis and frisbee.NooraGrade 3 student
The most important thing is that the teachers are happy, strong, and always willing to help. We can communicate very directly with them with no barriers. They're great mentors to our children, and the school environment is friendly and welcoming.HuseyinParent of 2 students
